It is so important, not just for your physical health, but for your mental health to stay active - which is really hard when you're quarantined at home! And even harder with Kids!
It is especially important for those prone to feeling a low mood, those dealing with anxiety and depression to keep moving and keep producing those 'happy' chemicals in the brain.
Try an do at least 30 mins of exercise a day to keep yourself, and your brain happy and healthy! The NHS suggests particular types of exercise that you may want to have a go at, such as Pilates, jogging, strength training etc. There are LOADS of work out videos on YouTube, so find what works best for you and your lifestyle. Just make sure the advice you listen to is in line with advice from medical professionals, and is within your physical capabilities.
